| Max Kunaschk is a post-doctoral researcher at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB). He studied Economics and American Studies (B.A.) and Labor Economics (M.Sc.) at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg (FAU). He was a member of the graduate program of the IAB and received his doctoral degree from FAU in 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Max was a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Groningen. Currently, he is a research associate at the department “Active Labor Market Policies and Integration” at the IAB.
His main research interests focus on the use of machine learning techniques in economic analyses and potential applications of algorithms in public employment services. He also works on questions related to occupational labor markets and to the evaluation of labor market polices such as minimum wages. | |
