PD Dr. Katharina Ebner

Katharina Ebner studied psychology at the Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München and the University of Hartford (USA), with a minor in business. She graduated in 2006 (Dipl.-Psych.) and received her Ph.D. (Dr. rer. nat.) in 2013 from the Technical University Braunschweig. She has been working as project coordinator for personnel development programs at universities (University of the Military Armed Forces, TU Braunschweig), and since 2005, she has been working as coach, trainer, and consultant delivering DAX and small and medium enterprises with psychological tools for competency measurement, personnel selection, mergers and changes, employee surveying, and employee stress management.

Currently, she is working as research fellow at the Department of Organizational and Social Psychology at the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg, publishing about personnel, organizational, and career development. She has been awarded as student and as researcher, receiving travel grants and scholarships (Barney School of Business, University of Hartford, German Academic Exchange Service, etc.).
